Straight hair stresses me out, period! If I decide to press my natural curls, kinks and coils out, I need to preserve the press. Because I’m not putting heat on it over and over again!
I noticed sometimes when I wrap my hair at night, I wake up with kinky, curly edges!

Make sure your bedding, fits the season! I use a light sheet and recently I’ve been using SHEEX. SHEEX are bedding that have material that mimic athletic performance clothing! It wicks away moisture and transfers body heat 2X more effectively than cotton!
2. Use Breathable Head Scarfs
I opt for the mesh wrap that fits across your head and doesn’t cover your entire head.
There are even thinner wraps than the one pictured, that you can purchase at your local beauty supply store.
